submission resistant?

anyone here have those moves that just never seem to work on you? for instance a straight ankle lock never seems to have much effect on me. or like ben henderson and the guillotine. and if not.. can someone explain why it seems impossible to choke him? i trained at the lab with ben and we used to have a wanted sign posted with his picture and a 10$ reward if anyone could finish him with a guillotine and nobody ever could. I always just guessed the placement of his arteries may be slightly different than everyone elses. thats the only thing i can think of that would stop him from going out when people have perfect chokes locked in on him.

I seem to be "resistant" to Head & Arm Chokes, they just don't work on me haha. Only ever tapped from Victor Estimas, and that's because my neck was about to snap

I am restant to americana's and kimuras, but I still don't mess around if someone has it in deep. My buddy is resistant to arm bars and I got him in one. I applied pressure slowly (10%, 20%, 30%, ect...) and then his arm made a loud echoing pop, at first I thought I broke it but thankfully it is just sprained or whatever.

I'm hard to choke. I'll tap from the crush or crank but not the choke.

im sorry. allow me to rephrase for anyone who is confused. lol. What i am attempting to ask is are there any submissions that you get caught in that dont seem to be close to making you tap. be it because youre double jointed, high pain tolorence, or just flexible. For instance if someone tries to banana split (or i think its called crotch ripper in 10th planet), and you can do the splits.. its not going to do much. i hope that clears things up for you ;)

I hear there is a guy from Triad jiujitsu (either in Cullman, AL or Huntsville, AL) that cannot be triangle choked. I heard he even let one of the Machados put him in a triangle and they could not finish him.

Probably Kimuras on my right side, I can dislocate my shoulder so I guess that's why..

I have a tendency to be destroyed by guillotines, I hate them..

yeah americana is my weakness. if someone can get it locked in.. im screwed. i have 0 tolerance when it comes to those for some reason.

I'm practically immune to guillotine chokes. Never tapped to a guillotine choke.

if your put the right part of the wrist area on the perfect spot of the ankle you will tap RIGHT AWAY

Not 100% sure... but I think there are 2 or 3 different guys named Chuck. It's one of them, I do think:confused:
