Ryan DID use 50/50 and he almost got his foot broken off! If Hermes had been training at 10th Planet ROCHESTER last week he would have beat Ryan NO DOUBT because Coach Herzog was just teaching us 50/50 Defense and attacks to counter. Ryan won by points, was inverted quite a bit. It was filmed and you will be able to buy the DVD.
It was awesome meeting Mike and Sam and Gabby Bella.

It was a great match to watch. Ryan had is back in the first minute of the match. Franca may want to go to a Herzog seminar to learn how to defend leg locks.

Whoa that was a sick match. I think im gonna start playing that upside down guard. I also need to work 50/50 guard not my best position. The position change from 50/50 to the truck to back was beautiful.
