I hit a lot of triangles from mount, when I'm working my top game. Off my back I hit omoplatas from RG mostly
Triangle.
Hip bump sweep, to Guillotine, to triangle ;) When done properly, "no can defend" LoL!
I'd say I have go to chains not got to moves. :D Go to chain #1: Lockdown with Double Underhooks, Dipset to Mechanic Sweep, Pass Guard on the way up, pummel farside arm around neck and flow through Arm Triangle variations or use the trapped arm for the gift wrap when I've achieved mount.

I personally like the top game. I go for the twister and the calf cranks. Twister side control also sets them up for a lot of stuff too. I really also like hunting for arms in spiderweb.

I Love stuffing the take down and straight to anaconda. From top Americana and Kimuras will often get you a win or at least to mount->s mount->triangle.
I would add, my leg is all chopped up, so Im fighting exclusively off my back. Cant kneel, no lockdown. Im doing way better.........

Mount to triangle, sometimes i like to set it up and roll into guard to deepen it then sweep over back to mount while still holding the triangle to get the tap. If they dont tap to triangle from mount, when they defend the mounted triangle, I take the isolated arm and keylock/americana for the tap. I also love the carni from rubberguard and love the darce off a thwarted takedown attempt.

this is an excellent question. i dont have a go to move. i always kind of let my opponents think they are running the show. then, whatever presents itself. cat and mouse. for some reason though... my wrestler based students still try single or doubles on me and they either get rice bagged or darced or gatored.. over.. and over.. and over... will they ever learn to evolve? lol.

I'd have to say Triangle. I hit them EVERYWHERE. Lately, I've been nailing it off the Ice Pick. People worry to much about protecting their shoulder from the Omo, then I just swing the leg over and lock it in and it's mine for the taking. 2ndly, I've been capturing the Arm Crush as often as possible since my Spider Web has gotten so much better haha

I love the Darce and and Anaconda off the scramble or sprawl. I like arm triangles a lot too. :)
Im a Darce guy, love to work chokes followed by chokes, but here lately Im hitting some of the new stuff Im working on, simply because Im spending so much time on them probally. I love setting up the JnB from meathook, and the FBI from side Puppet/Stocks. Videos comeing.....
