hey guys i was wondering of any of you guys know an simple 2000 calorie diet i suck when it comes to nutrition
i dont know about 2000 calories but i cycle on and off the dolce diet every month doing 3 weeks and having a week off and ive dropped about 40 lbs s
yeah i have a good one it is based on a 6 meal a day program
it involves 2 shakes and a bar with 3 reg meals
keep it simple duder. lean meats, fruit, vegetables, good quality fats. try to eat the same stuff a caveman would have access to. what grows in the ground or eats what grows in the ground. being an athlete make sure to centre your meals around a lean protein source.
meal1:shake in 10oz of 2%milk i like syntha 6 345cals
meal2:2 cup steel cut oats with small fruit you can use some protien for flavor 320 cals
meal3:handful of baby spinich 5 cherry tomatoes 3 hardboild eggs
meal4:small protien bar i like pure protien and some celery or baby carrots 250cals
Meal5:chicken breast small handful of brockley 2 pieces of multigrain bread 550cals
meal6:casien protien i like probolic from mhp it has mcts in it and breaks down all nite which helps to stop snacking it is 140 cals

the importants are stay away from white carbs, don't take in sugars after 4pm, fish or chicken or eggs (on eggs 1 yoke to 3whites) and all raw fruit and vegs. its all ablout moderation too. i sug. taking 1-2 days off a week from your diet so you don't go crazy you will have to up your bcaa and glutamine if your on a cutting cycle
