Last work out before naga Rhode Island. I compete on Sunday and feel awesome. I have another 1/2 day of school tomorrow, works out great, will be all rested and ready to go. Leave Saturday, ready to fight Sunday.
Have been working on a couple new tricky submission, been killin guys with them. Can't wait to try them out. May be nap time for somebody, they come on fast and hard, don't leave much time to tap........... Oh boy , Can you feel my excitement????LOL

Ok I guess, I tried to play it cool when they moved me up to expert, but can't lie was a little nervous.lol.
Finished Bronze in NO GI and Silver In Gi. Both loss's really close. No gi match ended 2 to 1. I was just slipping to the kids back when time ran out. another 15 seconds, I had him. About the same in gi , I think another 15-20 seconds I was in with RNC. Never felt in trouble or out classed. So nerves are over, I know next time I can hang in Expert division with no problem.
Nice job today, you had a couple wars. Looked good. Just work on sliding the knee low across the belly to mount. It works way better than trying to use flexability and throwing it way over the top on the kid.

Emir I would like to see video, it was a close match for sure. One thing you may want to watch on the video is a couple times when you were mounted. You didn't clear your head, it was kinda hung up in that half assed gillotine the kid had on you. I know you were not in any danger, but without clearing reff wont give you the 2 points for the mount. Thats why my dad was yelling for you to put your forehead to the mat and wrist control his arm from around your neck. I know I saw at least 2 times you didn't clear until kid was sweeping, by that time reff couldn't give you points for mount. Those 2 times I remember would have won match for you. Just something to look for if rewatch your vid. If you think you should have had points at those spots, thats probably why you didn't. Just something to look for next time.
P.S.
the advice about not throwing the knee way over the top I gave you, I used to do the same thing. Eddie broke me of it at a seminar I went to of his.LOL.
