Back into the Fray

Hey all. Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still alive. I had to take a step back for a bit due to some personal reasons, but now that things are starting to sort out, I'll be back in the fray.
I'm making some format changes to the way that I'll be teaching and coaching this year. One of which will be smaller group classes, more emphasis on private and semi-private training, workshops and seminars, and a different location.
If anyone in the NorthEast is interested in private, semi-private, or seminars in Muay Thai/JKD, 10th Planet JJ/Catch Wrestling, conditioning, or any combination of the above; you may contact me directly at:

Chris and Nelson-thanks brothers, I'll be reaching out to each of you soon. Emir, I got the message. I was a bit busy doing my new workout-SNOW FIT! It consists of shoveling metric tonnes of snow out of my driveway repeatedly. I think I've lost 15 lbs the last few weeks!
Emir, I'll ring your mom today. I'll be conducting classes in Plainville, CT soon, as well as out of another location TBD

hahahaha "snow fit", and thats awsome Plainville is even closer to me then middletown
