Seriously, am I the only one who feels significantly dumber after listening to frank shamrock's commentary? I'm not trying to hate for the sake of hating but strikeforce truly needs to consider some new commentators. It really makes you appreciate rogan and goldie.

I don't have a problem with Frank, its the other two that suck to me. They are horrible.

Strike Force is really starting to put some good fights togeather, but they need to get up to UFC level with commentary and overall look. Watch UFC and camara work, replays everything looks like a elite sporting event coverage. Strike Force....not so much.lol.

i don't have a problem with frank shamrock....but that Gus Johnson guy was saying some really stupid stuff at the end of the fights to the fighters.....ridiculous questions like he said something like "did you think you were going to have a problem with that submission once you got him on the ground" i think to igor gracie and it just sounded weird...but what he was saying to fedor was horrible...they were just comments and no questions and he passed the mic to the translator. whatever. plus, it's not just the camera work that's horrible with strikeforce its the sound transition...everytime they announce the winner of the fight it's inaudible and cuts in and out before it becomes clear.
Strikeforce is always going to be considered a second rate promotion until they get the basics right. Good commentating, good production value, and good fights. I'm not saying all the fights in Strikeforce suck, but some of it is just unairable.
It's funny to see this post. I thought my brother and I were the only ones who thought those guys sucked. The main commentator is the same dude from the old PRIDE days, and I seriously wonder if he's ever rolled in his life, or he just knows a little bit from watching others, or having Bas Ruten explain it a little bit in between fights... "He's going for a sambo leg lock!" lol
It seems like they're all still trapped in the 90's, using words like side-mount, or saying shit like "a gracie black belt counts more than one from someone else." Pretty funny stuff, lol.
