prob wed and thursday. we don't normally have class on fridays.
wed nights are sparse, but you could some good rolls in with some of our better players that night.
We'll probably do a little conditioning/competition training and I'll show some of my go to techniques as well of course. I want to be able to roll with as many people there as I can. Brandon has the 10th Planet techniques covered there, so I'll probably go over some other stuff. Most likely turtle position and seat belt.Quote:

What a great class! One technique flowing to another. Afterwards Jon rolled with me and when he saw a hole in my game he would stop and fix it. I learned so much I'm having to rack my brain hoping I haven't forgot anything. If you guys get a chance, go see Jon!
