Seems like a way of stifling the legalization movement! I think this would give them more leverage to shut down medical dispensaries.
It is just a way to establish more control.
With its proposal, the DEA is responding to the demands of large pharmaceutical companies, he claimed.
They don't even try to spin it. Screw the demand of the people, but as long as the big pharm is waving dollar bills in their face they hop to attention.
either way they can't stop the movement, 15 states and counting :)
The movement is too far gone, and there are more people joining it every single day, it's too late
Legalization is not the move, decriminalization is.
Fully legal is on the ballot for Colorado 2012!
