obviously its not in english but you get the idea. I'm trying to find the specific inverted one in the video, but I can't find one in an instructional format, just ones in competition.

Watch Mastering The System Episode 19. There are two set ups from open guard. Not exactly the same, but an inverted triangle none the less. Also...another Episode has a inverted triangle more similar to this one. Which one is it?Quote:
