its crazy that Marcelo couldn't find the groove in MMA the way he was able to in No-gi Grappling. He is flawless.

Haven't watched this yet (damn work), but I think I was there for that. I was at Marcelo's for the Demian Maia seminar (as was Cole), and the Wednesday beforehand as well. It was shocking to meet Marcelo, Demian, Cole, and Ryan Hall, and see that every one of them was modest, down to earth, and willing to take time to make friends with everybody, black belt or white.

What happened when Cole had a omopalat-ish position on him? Why did they stop? Did Marcelo tap? He's so freaking good!

I think once you reach the Marcelo Garcia and Eddie Bravo status you really dont need an intimidating nick name. Everyone already knows they are F-ed. lol
