A big thank you to Eddie Bravo, John Botello, and the whole 10th Planet Omaha crew

I've been out of the game since february of last year, I was hit by a car when jogging and broke my left foot and both ankles. My first time back on the mats since then was this weekend in Omaha with a John Botello seminar on Friday and an Eddie Bravo seminar on Saturday. I have to say there was no better way to get back into the swing of things and get me excited to get back to work. Thank you guys so much for all the help. Also, a big thanks to Derek and everyone at 10th Planet Omaha, I had a great time and am looking forward to my next visit.

I'm sore from head to toe and had to ice my ankles and knee but it didn't bother me at all. I'm so stoked that the pain actually feels good to me, it's kind of a familiar/nostalgic feeling.

I've got you and 10th Planet to thank for the flexibility. As soon as I first picked up the Mastering the Rubber Guard book and fell in love with rubber guard I started really working my flexibility so I could add it to my game
