I usually get the gogo-plata first. Same as in training. Gogo-plata or straight jacket before I get the chance to do the sorcerer. I'm not complaining about it though ;)

i went for one once in competition but it didnt end too well... it might be on video though

How the heck he slip out of a locked in Sorcerer? I saw his elbows bent at a funny angle.
There's a kid from Florida that did it, his video is on this forum somewhere. He'll probably post on here when he sees this thread.
I think he needed to sit up and basicly do a crunch more. He was flat on the mat thus the sub was not as tight.I think this applys for all rubber guard.Quote:
