Thanks guys. Part 2 will be up in 2 weeks. I had a torn mcl so we just had a nice flow roll. But even when Bill goes hard he's still so chill. And yes, I fall for his bait also :)

Great techs! I was able to hit both the foot lock and arm bar bait rolling last night. One of my training partners loves that spinning arm bar, and when I hit it, he was so confused! They both worked so perfectly.

Now I want to work in that interesting Mr. Schembrio guard!
