On a seriously note, injuries and age really started piling up on me about 4-5 years ago (I'll be 37 next month). I had to change my lifestyle to continue to train and roll as hard as I do. I did the following and its allowing me to conintue:
Went all to organic and natural foods, drinks, hygiene products, etc.
Besides eating organic and natual i have a specific diet (similiar to the Paleo diet).
I go to a chiropractor 2x a week.
I do Yoga.
I no longer take any pharmaceutical drugs.
I take alot of herbs and vitimins (My wife is a certified herbalist and natural health professional).
I vape cannabis at least a few times a day.
And I've made a change in my mental focus to BE POSITIVE.
My focus on my training has changed, I worry less about "winning" and focuse more on flow, creativity and having fun. I find my body appreciates it more and allows me to roll again the next day ;)
