That's crazy. I wish I could do it. But I'd definitely listen to Frank. In the slow motion clip you can see how wrong it could go if your foot got stuck.
Yea getting your foot stuck would be funny as hell.
Hah and i was happy being able to do the lotus without my hands while standing on my head... this takes it to a whole new level, extremely impressed!

In terms of pure entertainment and athleticism; very cool. However, I would listen really to Frank here.
It is not worth getting hurt. Specifically because there is never going to be a time when jumping into Lotus pose is necessary. Not only that, but it does nothing for your flexibility to be in Lotus for a fraction of a second.

Iv always sat in Full Lotus, not until i started Jiu Jitsu that i had people freak out about how flexible my legs are!
Id really like to see what everyone else is capable of so if anyone has Pics or videos please post them!
Just thought this would be a good place to share with each other where we are as far as flexibility goes!
Although being flexible for me sucks because i lack good squeeze so if anyone has any tips on how to develop leg squeeze i would appreciate that heaps!
