40 seconds in, he sneaks his wrist between his leg to trap his head, and arm. I've seen this done just to trap the arm to set up omoplata..what is this type of grip called?
I remember being told its the "liston grip" but I can't find any information on Google so I probably forgot the real name of it.

I was thinking a modified version of 100%, but instead it ends up being a choke out. I really like it. I am long legged, so anything that involves the legs is on my list.

I would think it would be a neck crank as well. Maybe a slow choke if the should is pressing against the carotid artery. Pretty sweet though. I think it would be easy to set up.
It is head and arm cinched in tight as hell. Takin it to the lab asap. One of the better newer ones ive seen. We'll see.
