i love my 10th planet rashguard, never chafed before in it. also went to academy and got a couple bcg $9.99 short sleeves because the long one gets hot as hell.
For the record a rash guard is not a sure thing, it will only reduce the chance of getting ring worm again.
I think Snooki makes one.

Rash guards are good. The best way not to get ring worm is to have healthy, intact, clean skin. If you have dry skin then it's weak skin. Cuts, scrapes, pimples. All that leads to openings for stuff to get in. Above all never scratch. Finger nails are the dirtiest thing going. Scratching just breaks the skin and drives the crap into it. Good skin care will prevent more nasty stuff then a rash guard.
I've been wrestling/Rolling since I was 12 i'm 28 now and in 16 years of training on dirty mats with dirty kids I'm lucky (Or am I?) i've never gotten anything. My secret you ask? Showers. Shower after you roll, asap, not rinse off, or go home and sit on the couch and chill for two hours, Take the bar and wash yourself good. Don't you wish everybody used Dial?

The biggest fucking problem with ringworm is not the soap, or skin integrity or showers. It is the fucking motherfuckers who have this shit, they know they have it and still roll with it. On top of that when you confront them they say that they covered it with tape or it is already dead. Covering the fucking ringworm with tape does not prevent it from transmitting you fucking idiots. I don't care if you are a respectable fucking black belt with mad skillz and 20 years on the mats, you are still a fuck face. Clean that shit up before you get on the mats again.
