Medium. I am 6'2 and, when I am down to 187, I can wear a medium, but just barely. You are well into the medium range. You would go with a large if you want it loose. Anyone second this?

You could get away w either one. The question is how muc do u want to strain to take it off.
I think you'd be more comfortable in a large.
The Melee ones fit me HUGE I'm 5'11" and walk around at 175 I ordered a medium first and it was way big I had like an extra foot of sleeve material hanging past my hands. I wanted to exchange it for a small and Steve and the boys at Melee had me a new one in 3 days. Fits perfect, awesome fucking company.
agreed... they run big... don't go Large... the medium would probably fit you loosely... if you don't want a loose fit go with a small... and yes, Melee is awesome :)Quote:

I'm soooooooooo thankful for this thread. I'm 150-152lbs and was going to order the medium sized one, which sounds like it would be WAYYYYYYYY huge. I like my rash guards to hug me like a second skin since it feels like it protects a lot better that way.

I'm looking for a 2nd type snug rashguard fit with this rashguard. Do you recommend an extra small or small for that fit for someone who is 149 lbs and 5'8".
And also for someone who's 190lbs and 5'8" would you recommend a large?
