lol i remember one night at work (nightclub bouncer) we all decided to get funky contact lenses and wear them from the begginning of the night onwards... it was a big acid junkie night....everyone was tripping balls and we were the scariest muthafuckers the patrons had ever seen hahaha.... ultimate effect.... no need for tattoo's lol...each to their own though

I saw a guy get black light tattoos in his sclera. It's pretty sick when the lights turn off. His eyes kind of glow in the dark.

outside of the penal system these are getting pretty common. I seen a chick get a starry night thing done with her eyes. blue background yellow dots. all the ink spreads so the stars weren't as clean as one would want, but still looked very van gogh.
