totally, I used to walk around 205 and would cut to 185, I hurt my back last last year, and Now i've been training again for about 10 weeks but my walk around weight is 225, I would like to get back under 205 asap because super heavy = No buenoQuote:

i fight at 115kg's so approx 253lbs i walk around at 135kg's so approx 297lbs ( as i only fight maybe twice a year if lucky) if i could figure out how to maintain 253 i definately would
(when in shape i have a similar physique to Brock Lesnar....he's a little more defined and a slightly bigger chest..).we're both the same height and have blonde hair so i'm alikened to him alot by my mates...
but i've never met the guy iv'e only ever shaped up to a cardboard cutout lol so i'm guessing and he's definately much stronger than I am
Damn you're pretty big. I couldn't find any of your fights, you say you visit Sherdog but your fighter profile isn't even on there? Could you post one of your fights? I love watching heavyweights.
I never have to cut more than 5 pounds. I never get above 155 pounds and the weight limit is typically under 154 or under 150.
