I knew The Japanese Necktie was superior to the D'arce and the Dan Severn with the anaconda was better then the Rear Naked Choke. I hit those way more often.
Probably the first episode where all 3 techniques seamlessly work with my game and what I'm working on right now. Awesome episode. Anybody have any tips on how to develop a good cartwheel? Mine suck.

Really enjoyed. I much prefer jnt over the darce, unless I'm loading the darce like the rat choke. I will be trying this set up.

I cant thank you guys enough for showing me the japenese necktie. looking back to when i first saw it on mts i think it is the one single move that elevated my game the most. ive never been a darce choke guy (shorter stockier build). I maybe hit 4 in the 5+ years ive been doing this. that being said the necktie has forced me to work on my vice grip and now i not only hit the necktie but am hitting the darce with regularity as well. its really added another dimension to my game that was sorely lacking. cant thank you guys and eddie enough for showing this.
I'll second VJ's sentiments on the Japanese Necktie. Between that, and the side mount guillotine I picked up at the last seminar my top game is "wicked-er" than ever.

I love watching Eddie roll. No position is safe. Like when he was rolling with Rob Westfall - one minute Eddie's on the bottom in the lockdown, next he's suddenly in the truck - how did that happen? And that slow inevitable transition into the twister, you know its coming but there's nothing you can do to stop it. Love it!!!!

Eddie, have you tried the cartwheel pass with the hand on the belly instead of the floor. I saw Ben Henderson use it that way at NAGA and it seemed like good control. The guy sat up on Ben and he pushed him down (1 hand on belly 1 on knee) and cartwheeled to north/south at the same time. Very smooth transition.
