10th Planet Miami Hotbox's 1st Competition June 25th!

Brother and sister Nibirus, we're about to go to war for the first time as a team and rep the system. This is the first competition for many of us, including myself. Win or lose, it's going to be a hell of a time and a huge motivator to train hard/smart now and to train hard/smart after the competition.

I'm at a walking 149-152 right now and I've never ever cut weight before.

The two divisions I'm competing in are the Men's Nogi Beginner (any age) and the Men's Master's Nogi Beginner (age 30-39)

Any suggestions on what weight I should be on the weigh in since the men's and the men's master's divisions have different weight brackets?

If its a difference of like one or two pounds to the next weight down do it, but much more than that just stick with where you are. You guys are gonna love competing! Get some!
