Theres a young guy in the gym Im training at whos super flexible and his arms hyper extend more than Iv ever seen before. Hes newish and small and its hilarious watching people who drop in trying to armbar him. He never taps, someone else verbally submits for him because everyone get freaked out.
Um....I'm incredibly disturbed. How is it possible to fold your spine like that?!? I cannot believe that is physically possible without some kind of surgery or genetic defect. Is there any story about this guy floating around?
if you rolled with him there probably be no resistance and you can do things like tie him in a knot...lol
