Just as I said in the post I made in the "Bollinger highlight reel" thread, Eddie seems by all accounts to be a wicked down to earth guy, and this only reaffirms that.

Waffle House is my favorite restaurant I go almost every day, sometimes twice a day (believe it or not I am not fat). If I could go with Eddie I think my life would be about complete.

I have personally consumed 2am Waffle House food with Eddie Bravo. That dude can eat. Especially if the "conditions" are right.
