I competed at the Dynmaic Submission Grappling Championship on Sat and took 1st in the womens division. I was outweighed by both and the girl with the mohawk is a local cage fighter..plus its my 3rd Sub by Scorpion Crunch.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFrQW...ature=youtu.be

In the 1st match the other girls coach is like "If you can breath your fine" when you have her in a triangle, lol. Great job.

one thing i did notice is she stacked to make you bail on your RG. in the Eddie Bravo seminar in Charlotte, he said to beat the stack put your other foot on their hip and push them back. if they try to back out, leg curl.

I also was very happy with the ref in the 1st match, you can see the rolled off the mats onto the hard wood floor..and you can hear her coach yell to have them restart..but the ref saw the sub locked in and didnt restart them, as we all know restarting is never exactly the same.
congratz. competition is stressful yet very exciting at the same time. especially if you win. if you lose.........ugh

So far, I've been training for 2.5 months and the Dynamic Tournament was my 1st ever (and so much fun!). That's me in the 2nd match video.

Actualy the girl is a local cage fighter, 2 weeks before this tournament we watched her step into the cage and fight at the MidTown Throwdown. After this match Shellby told her she could come down and roll/train her ground game with her anytime.Quote:
