get double unders and do a electric chair or go the other way into the dog fight and use the half and half quarter back sweep or the limp arm. im not very good at old school.
I used to get electric chairs all the time, and try the vaporizer if they were flexible but now the guys at my gym are figuring it out, and stopping me from getting it. I'm now trying the stomp more often.

I use the lockdown &the whip up as bait. Once I establish the lockdown and whip up they think im going for the sweep then bring em back down and slap on a good ol arm triangle and extend the lockdown and finish them in my half guard!!! works about 75% of the time for me

I got an ok squeeze nothing out of the ordinary. I squeeze the hell out of my knee and rolled up pillows as hard as I can. My forearms are kinda boney so I guess that helps also. Im not a very big guy (only 5'7 150lbs) but I roll with nothing but bigger guys so I guess it comes from that. (I have yet to roll with someone my size)but how I get it is I whip em up like im going to the dogfight and but only go to my elbow (like in the dipset) once I see their arm being used as the base I swing back under them using my head to push their arm out of the way (like taking the arm triangle from guard) and get one over hook with my inside arm and an underhook with my outside arm. Then I extend my lockdown and push down on their hip with my underhook and push the overhook down all at once to pull them down and I use my head to keep their arm secured. I secure the lock with a gable grip then I lock it up. Once I got em secured I extend the hell outta my lockdown then put slow steady pressure and freedom rock. What makes it work is the lockdown. My arms are basically holding them in place and my lock down is doing all the work. Try it out. Works for me :) Maybe it works for me because I listen to Iced Earth:cool:;)
If they arent familiar with the lockdown then i think sitting there and controlling them for anywhere up to a minute is good, they tend to waste tons of energy trying to pull themselves free :) from there its much easier to whip up towards electric chair and slip out the back.
I hit old school a lot, so thats usually the go to move, but I love hitting the electric chair, its the first move I saw in the 10thpjj system and it's the move that changed my life for ever
When I use lockdown, I am trying to sweep, transition to homie c from body pyramid, recover full guard, attack the legs, or escape to a based position. Usually in that order.
i dont remember all the names anymore.. but whip down?, 5-0 control, c-cup their arm over my head, into heel hook.

Whip Up To Dog Fight... If A Smaller Opponent Straight Into The Triangle From DogFight.... If any fear that may not work....Swim Move To Arm Crush :)
I like to reach for old school half assed just to get them to move their leg... Then usually go rapidly into stoner control... If it's not an easy transition and I feel too much of a fight coming on... I'll just tap the knee and pull full guard... But the godfather sweep has been my friend a few times too
You don't need a good arm squeeze for an arm-triangle, that's a huge misconception and why many ppl can't finish it. Its all in your back muscles and with your legs, a good body-lock position. While you're all crunched up, you would start to spread out almost like a caterpillar. The positioning should look like homie-control but with an arm-triangle.
Trust me try it this way. my arm-triangle is my bread and butter choke. 90% effective.
I like to wiggle my way down to perfect double unders, then just squeeze the hell of my opponent until they give up the sweep by trying to roll onto their back. Try adding a little freedom rock into that squeeze for extra fun.

i usually go for old school or electric chair. the guys at my gym are starting to catch on. some dudes don't let me get the lockdown anymore. if i'm trying to lockdown their right leg, they'll sit on their right foot.
how do i re-establish lockdown from that position?

i am a big believer in the electric chair and stoner control.
I really like working the dog fight I find it to be a really high percentage transition for me.
i like whipping it up to get to full guard,old school stuff is always a chance too
