Going to have plastic surgery to make my ass a vagina

Hey yo. I'm going to the plastic surgeon tomorrow to see if I can get my asshole changed into a vagina. Vaginoplassty I think it's called. I'm still not sure if I'll be able to poop out of it still or if they'll just install a colostomy hole somewhere. Whatever. To be honest I don't see why any other dudes haven't dude this yet. Yeah I have a dick already but having a vagina too would be cool. It'll look good in an ass crack too. Especially my ass crack, lol. With the advancements being made in medical science I think you are going to see more dudes doing this in the future. Why not have both?

Its the last step to tackle with this problem. So why you don't take the other steps to tackle the problem. I am not sure about this, Might be you have suffer from others treatment and did't get the good results.
