LOL, thanks. I didn't choose the name but some how this was the first school I ever heard of to start jiu jitsu/many martial arts. I train now where ever people are not egotistical. Hard to find friendly places. I bring all I gain back to my home 11th Dimension so we can prosper. Team has been around for like a bit. maybe, wild guess, 6 years.
Eddie actually trained in JKD for some time and you can see the principle of being "formless " and having no limits all over 10P.
Nelson Lucca is the JKD guy round here, among others :)

Yup, and like JKD, it was met with much resistance with its radical ideas. Most radical ideas are not legit, or viable, or even deserve a second glance.. Once in a while, though, a radical idea is legit, viable, and helps further forward progress;Quote:

When I was looking for someone open enough to allow me to train 10th Planet, the JKD guys were the only willing participants. Since then, we've bounced ideas off of each other and they've really helped to make me be a better grappler. JKD principals work well with 10th Planet and it seems to be a match made in heaven. John Roderick and Compella are also JKD guys.
