As many of you know the mental aspect plays a huge part in your performance in any sport. In this video I discuss some every important aspects of visualization and how it applies to BJJ.
I've recruited Marty who is a blue belt in my school, to demonstrate the power of visualization. The video is a total of two minutes and will greatly improve your quality of life.
