Yea, I lol'd at that in shock when it was happening. Pretty technical entry for someone with no apparent ground game.

rolling omoplata off of the single leg. Ive been working that one alot lately...as i get older my sprawl gets slower and slower...thats my backup plan!!
Did anynone else notice he was using the lockdown and attempted the whip up a couple times too?
I noticed he had the lockdown in but I feel like it was unintentional because he never extended his legs or used it to his advantage in any way, that just happened to be where he put his legs.Quote:

Yeah, that was a pretty slick entry. I was thinking he should switch to the toe-hold a la Frank Mir vs Tank Abbott. Would have been amazing if he had subbed T-Wood with that, but realistically Woodley was never in really serious danger.
It's nice to see good jiu jitsu in MMA, even if it's only a few flashes of it.
