Denny has been to my gym multiple times, and he's helped improve not only my Jiu-Jitsu not inly in the physical aspect with great techniques, but he's also helped my mental game by leaps and bounds.. don't miss this, and thanks for the help Denny !! :)

hey pete, i was thinking the same thing. ive gotta get a train back to east croydon, its possible. last trains back are around 11pm from southend not sure if the trains to redhill run that late or not though, you could always try night buses?Quote:

Only 20 days left until the Essex one :) 19 for Nottingham
should be going to the essex one :) if not, then definitely to the Sean Bollingers one in october there. hopefully both!
The next two months are going to be very, very busy. ADCC, 2 seminars with Denny Prokopos (Nottingham and Essex) and 2 with Sean Bollinger - Essex and finally the first seminar with Sean in Salisbury.
