And on the topic of Duane... guys please "like" this facebook page, its a petition to gets Duanes "fastest" UFC KO time corrected by the UFC and athletic commission. For those that don't remember the time keeper screwed up and recorded it as 11 secs rather than the correct 4 secs.

Great work, Duane! I like that you fight from both stances. I always switched stances in TKD, and I always worked to be proficient at using all types of kicks with both legs.
