For what it's worth from a new guy to the gym...I stayed after class this past tuesday and watched Coach Herzog roll with some of the guys......holy WTF dude. If you want leg locks, this guy is your man. The way he chains everything together is ridiculous. You basically escape one thing to get caught in another.
