He has that breakdancing base...very useful... we have some breakers at our school, who are also excelling at a rapid pace....not quit that quck, but racking up medals along the way as well. In fact, I've been learning how to break, at least the core strength related moves, minus the rhythem, hoping I can close the gap. Congrats!!!!!!!

Damn one year... Less even... Well done man that shit's crazy. I was getting told about him the other day at Riverside and how breakdancers make such good transition into Jiu Jitsu. I guess it's the fluidity and flexibility plus the core strength.
