We should let this be handled by the "real" 10th Planet Black Belts. Don't get me wrong, I think its good that we posted his facebook page on here to prove what he is claiming, but I think it would be bad for a bunch of us to start attacking him on there. We should for real let the higher 10th Planet belts handle it.
I would love to see a post from Eddie asking where he got his 10th Planet black belt.

Thanks to all that replied. Like I said before I'm not trying to attack the guy. I'm from midland Mi. and we have no legit bb in BJJ in this area. When I see somthing like this I only ask. I've been doing BJJ for only 5 yrs and no claims of being anything special. I'm only a blue belt but. The BB in BJJ I train under is out of Ann Arbor Mi. So I just want to make sure when I see things like that??

Sound like he's lying to his students to me...
The wording isn't concise so it can totally be misconstrued that he has a black belt in 10th Planet JJ, or that he has a black belt and simply uses 10P and Gracie techniques. He has plausible deniability and will probably use it when confronted by Brent L. Shady, yes, but he can play the "sorry for the mis-wording my credentials" card. Now of course if he doesn't remedy the unclear 10P credential, the hammer is going to probably be swung down.....................HARD.Quote:

If I have a black belt in spork fighting, I dont make a post saying I encorporate my black belt (in a totally irrelevant subject) in 10th Planet with out clarifying it. Further more I will go on to say there is no way in fuck this jack off has a black belt in anything legit or he wouldnt make such a claim. No actual reputable BJJ black belt would be a big enough jack ass to be like "yup and Im also a black belt in 10th Planet", knowing full well the time it took him to acheive his black belt and the dedication it takes.Quote:
