In my opinion, this episode is easily one of the best yet and if you don't have a pro membership, you're seriously missing out.

For starters, Mastering The System Episode 28 features some amazing names.

The video starts off with Eddie interviewing one of the best American JJ practitioners of all time; Jeff Glover. Jeff reveals some incredible information about his competition preparation that you have never heard, or seen before.

Also, Vinny Magalhaes drops by 10th Planet HQ to work some technique with Eddie and get in some training for ADCC.

Of course we got three killer techniques that will petrify your woodland areas and some other awesome shit.

Did I see Matt using his hair as an arm triangle defense? Ha! That's great -I'm going to remember that one to use myself. Vinny is amazing; my favorite was the S-mount to the gogoplata.
