Just the routine update guys... Zog will be in Orlando Florida Dec. 19th for a seminar. Many of you have contacted me and made reservations but for those who haven't, please do. Unless there are cancellations, we don't have many spots left. It's gonna be a blast.

Hey Nelson, I got the registration forms you sent me, I haven't sent them back yet, but save those 2 spots for me because I'm 90% sure me and a buddy are gonna take the road trip to O-town. As soon as I find out the date of my last exam I will sent the forms in! Thanks buddy. See you guys there :) (don't tap me TOO many times, I'll definitely be one of the less experienced people attending, as I haven't trained at a real gym in a few years)

1/2 Guard, Russian Cowboy, and most assuredly leg locks :)
Sounds like a painful seminar. Not so much for the leg locks, but more so for having to endure Herzog for 4 hours. :)

Anybody know what happened to the leg lock thread? I can't seem to find it for some reason. I was going to ask if anybody knew a good leg lace defense against the knee on belly position?

Nelson, me & Heidi won't be able to make it bro. Brandon McCaghren is having Herzog @ his school in Decatur & it's alot closer. That & I like to try to train with Brandon as much as possible because he is my distant instructor. Sorry man, I didn't plan for it to happen this way!
