Lost twice to the guy who got first in my three competitor group. Didn't make weight, lost 16 pounds in a week. I looked sick, the guy who runs it and has seen me crush his other students came over and asked what's wrong....:( I will post my matches, I pretty much got out wrestled and so the points got stacked and the second match I was dead. I am getting my fitness dialed in for worlds next month and will be ready to get back on a winning streak.
Mike is this the same weight you've been competing at this year?
must have been something in the air this past weekend. same thing happened to ziggy. outpointed twice by the girl who won her division. it was her first time at expert.

It was 7 pounds lower than my normal class, but I hurt my knee on Labor day and wasn't able to run. I had too many pizza buffets and my weight got a little higher than normal. Just a bunch of stuff went wrong and it cost me.
Dude, You're a warrior, and personally you inspire me to keep training hard. I know you'll be back taking them golds in know time. We learn so much more in defeat than in victory. Hope everything is going good brother!
