What an awesome group of guys, I'm super impressed with the Miami Hotbox's level of dedication to the system. Apparently I'm not the only one thats taking notice as the Hotbox now has 2 BJJ black belts training with them and they are rocking 10th Planet gear now as well!
Looking forward to day two!

Day 2. I want to say thanks to everyone that made it out and to Mike Cardoso of Extreme MMA for welcoming us into his gym. Thank you Arvin "Ace" Panlasigui of Lotus Club Miami for givin us a home. I especially want to thank Coach Herzog, without his guidance none of what we are doing would be possible.

10th Planet Miami Hotbox are 10th Planet Stromtroopers! These guys are die hard 10th Planet. It was a great time, tons of potential with this crew, I expect many a high lite videos comining from South Florida!

Coach Herzog's attention to the little details that make or break a move/position are amazing. The way he teaches position/submission flows is outstanding. If A doesn't work, go to option B, if B doesn't work go to option C, and so on and so forth.

I never learned any leglocks so Im very glad to be learning leg lock game from Coach Zog himself thanks alot again and dont worry your gonna see an alarming growth of ghost in competition starting south FL up
Figures it storms all weekend and today it's beautiful out... i guess the Florida skies just can't handle Zog's intensity ;-)
Brandon, how/when can we get our hands on the seminar video Connie filmed? I'm anxious to review everything we learned!
