I am looking for someone who can draw with mad skillz so I assumed tattoo artists would be able to, plus most are crazy in a good way.

where you located? this is right up my alley... check out memior tattoo in la. Kim saigh did my ribs and turned out sick. shawn barber did my frineds forarm and looked clean. Grant cobb in la, nikko hurtado, also in la. Theres also amazing artist in sf. Anyone at 7th son tatto or black heart tattoo in san fransisco are world class....
