yeah apparently an indian monk was the one who taught the peeps in the shaolin temple kung fu. Btw that 1st vid you posted was hilarious. dude looked like he was having an epileptic fit on the ground. I suppose that would kinda work though. I use to do that when i was a kid and it was pretty effective.

Someone should bust out that Modified Indian Groundwork in the UFC, even if just for a few seconds. Taking bets on who'll be the first to try it out. I could see Clay Guida pulling it off for a good 10+ seconds.

This IS Clay Guida we're talking about. I'm going to have to agree with you on this. And that random flailing may actually work on an unsuspecting opponent. I'd just be a little worried about accidentally kicking or kneeing them in the face.
