yeah apparently an indian monk was the one who taught the peeps in the shaolin temple kung fu. Btw that 1st vid you posted was hilarious. dude looked like he was having an epileptic fit on the ground. I suppose that would kinda work though. I use to do that when i was a kid and it was pretty effective.
