midwest:NCGA Championships 360 Brasa (Camprido) vs RedSchaferMMA (Pedro Sauer)

Supposed to be on the 29 (this Saturday) not sure if its happening. I have to cut 15lbs by Friday :/

360 brasa : from what I understand are bringing in a lot of guys from Chicago aswell as other schools in the Midwest as camprido affiliates or something like that.

I think a lot of people are irritated because of this. Its supposed to be school vs school and you can fill open slots with people from other places, but has gone beyond that.

Rsmma : trying to stay under one roof.

Is supposed to be this Saturday, but some are up in arms.

If we have any open slots, and you're interested - let me know.

Just list your weight and competition level.

Event is in waukesha Wisconsin.

Will do. Show usually starts at 6. Its in a cage. Gonna find out our lineup right now. Gotta expect lots of brown belts maybe 1-2 blacks And lots of purps.

I just found out that the show has been cancelled. I'm sorry, im sure it will be reschedule within 6 weeks. I will keep You posted.

I think I just like the idea of havin a team. We got 5 guys 5 weight classes who y'all got? regardless. Not so much IFL and more collegiate wrestling style comps would be amazing for grappling. While it still comes down to personal performance, preparing with a team for a team is powerful stuff.

Yeah, that's What ncga is supposed to be like. Its only a few years old though. Still growing.

This is why schools should offer submission wrestling/jiu jitsu as a sport. Team vs Team is bad ass.

This match up is currently postponed. Until there is clarification on built team vs built team or school vs school.

First impressions were school vs school, but 360 Brasa (comprido) was filling spots with high ranked grapplers from other states and (my impression, or how it sounds) not filling with available 360 Brasa grapplers.

The original intent was school vs school, may branch out to fill an open slot if you have to. (Not build a team of grapplers that don't train at your school)

Im sure the match will be on again as soon as this is ironed out.

What makes this so important to the teams is that this is the FINALS for the season. So naturally, rules are being pushed :p

1 school trying to stay in house while another is pulling in blacks and browns around the country is hardly fair. But if the can of worms open... so be it, give us time to shop :P
