tips tricks? advice?
Nice job.. almost had him... Few things
- Work harder to get the double under hooks when you are in the lock down
- Never let go of a triangle
- Work on getting your body sideways to finish/tighten the triangle
- Use your hand on your shin to tighten the triangle
You had good position for many sweeps. You need to get those double underhooks in.. Good job on the triangle setup from the guard :)

yeah, good job man. Everything Cade said and try to whip down on big guys, it's easier to manipulate their balance on a whip down rather then a whip up. Good job though

thanks Cade! yeah that teepee had em wheezin but i only had my middle and index hooked in the s grip and at the time i felt like i needed to abort (i don't know why) i climb in the triangle to hook my legs so i can control the arms but i don't get to roll w/ big dudes so what works on 185ers won't gonna work on hoss there. lol need to go back and drill proper triangle finishes.

Yeah man. One hand on the head pulling down, the other is actively reaching for your shin. Sometimes its hard but you gotta time it and explode by crunchin the shit out of your core. Doin those situps on a heavy bag is good for this i think. You know where you close guard around it and get full range of motion? Anyway man, get to that shin. Good job homie
