My first tournament back after injury

This is the footage from my first tournament since I got back from legends. Had a cracked/broken rib that needed to heal. This is Men’s advanced 145 lb’s and under at Brazos ThrowDown Grappling Tournament October 29, 2011.

I really like your style, Brian. And just curious about your rib. I cracked a rib a few weeks ago. Still bothers me quite a bit. How long did it take yours to heal?

Louise I broke my rib on my right side a while back (unrelated to this one on left side) and that took about 5 weeks recovery. This recent one was terrible, I felt stuff moving around every time I breathed for 3 weeks and couldn’t train full speed for 12 weeks. Hopefully yours is not so bad, good luck.

Also guys, is the reason I couldn’t embed the vid’s because I tried to post 5 of them on the same post? I’m supposed to use the “attach video” link, right?

You can't post the video if you are on your channel. It has to be the view page and don't use an embed code or the short code, use the actual address from the address bar.
