If you are not in shape its going to be very hard but nothing can be more important for fighting in the cage or grappling.
Your going to love it!!!!! I kept putting it off, but have picked up so much to help my game already. It helps I have a coach that understands and respects Jiu Jitsu. I am really looking forward to the first
meet. It will never replace Jiu Jitsu but it's alota fun. Don't worry, your hardcore you will love the conditioning.
Greatest conditioning I've ever been through. Just remember that shoulders hitting the mat is where our game begins. Have an open mind to their techniques and above all have fun. You'll never regret it!
Expect a lot of conditioning. I remember running a lot of stairs. Have fun, its a great sport!
they will try to break you. if you make it through the first two weeks then youll make it through the season.
