The guy about to get snapped should be frowning, and the guy doing the snapping should be smiling... Unless I missed something.

I feel like the smile is recognition of you got me kinda. In a sense you can't really take a lot of those locks to the point that makes someone tap, Imo the point of tapping to a lot of those submissions is right next to the point of them snapping. Especially in guys that have any kind of small tears or any other issues. Just my opinion I guess, I smile because I am thinking damn you got me, your not mean enough to crank it on full blast.. but id definitely be fucked if this was a tournament. If it was legit when we are done rolling I pretty much always make a point to bring up the fact I was caught in it and acknowledge the fact that I appreciate them not tearing my ACL etc. and let them know there is little doubt I would have been tapping in tournament.
