Yeah man the body triangle from the guard was good for control but he wasn't trying to finish or sweep me. He tried to tell the ref that I was stalling but the ref told him he wasn't really doing anything either. I didn't feel so bad for popping his arm in the end. Kid was a douche. Definitely some nasty Rubber Guard, If this keeps up alot of hate toward the Rubber Guard and its "effectiveness" can no longer hold this just motivates the hell outta me to train more lol
At our last local tournament I was coaching one of our guys during his match and he got mount so I started yelling at him, "Ok, Eddie, now get to high mount! Good, now go to gangsta lean! Go to gangsta lean!" And I heard people start to chuckle a little bit when I said it. After the match, the ref comes up and to me and says, "What the hell is the gangsta lean?" I laughed and winked at him.
