I was just watching a throwback video of "mastering the system" episode 16 where eddie suggested a flying switch front snap in mma .im a 145lb mixed martial artist with brwn belt in t.k.d and a cple years of mixed j.j. out of st. louis, mo. I actually used it in my second amateur mma fight on feb 19th 2011.
