I am not sure of 2001, but in 2011: 10th Planet Phoenix, with John Botello! It's where I train, so it is my inspiration.

2001 who knows. 2011 10th Planet Springfield MO. We did some big things in 2011, New State of the art gym, Awesome Seminars with Eddie, Sean Bollinger, Caio Terra, Jeff Glover, and Gokor. Tons of competitors winning or placing high in comps. My Coach Brian getting promoted to Brown Belt. It was an awesome year for us in Springfield.
Without being biased and nominating my own school i'd have to say Riverside did it big this year. Lots of big MMA Fights, Sean seems to have been all over the globe spreading the 10pjj gospel and i might be wrong on the exact logistics of things but it seems Vista is a sister school of riverside that also has a group of warriors. So my vote is for Riverside.

Voting for 10th Planet Montreal. The "Haters" highlight is one of the best HL ever imo.
I'd like to throw Omaha in the mix! They've developed some outstanding talent over the years and 2011 was huge for them. With the combination of Ant, Matt, and Derek at the helm, they can't be stopped! Not only has Ant destroyed the tournament scene on multiple levels; Matt Hester was wrecking house at tournaments all over the mid-west! Looking at where they are and what they've done, it's an awesome Moon to have in the system...Derek is taking them places!

I've got to go with either Rochester or Vista. Herzog is top dog on the east coast. Vista is the evolution. Those guys are killing it. Shout out to Ryan.

I going with Springfield for sure on this one. The whole crew is amazing and they are lead by an animal. Brian and his guys hold it down for sure.

Without voting for my own school, I'd definitely say Springfield.
Too many good choices to decided man....damnn. I'm slightly partial to 10th Planet Decatur due to obvious reasons, expect to hear that name a lot in the future, mark my words people Brandon is making things happen. After that I have to point out I got my ass handed to me more than ever at 10th Planet San Fran, they also always seem to show up in competition. 10th Planet Omaha Always shows up as well and I look forward to their progress. Herzog has it held down on the East and has students that back it up for him in competition. The next that jumps out at me is Springfield for all their free seminar goodwillness as well as having the best facilities I've ever trained in plus tons of students and hardware up front to back it up.
Im gonna have to go with Springfield! Brian's made a ton of things happen in 2011.

Travis and Fit 2 Fight goes way above and beyond the sunshine and rain that god provides for everyones jits plants to grow. Here at 10thplanet springfield we got state of the art tools and facilities to grow in. Were also on mass intake diet of the best available trainers in the bussiness, as afore metioned by jeff. Brian and the crew are constantly growing, and flourishing in these conditions. Only big things in the future for 10th planet springfield. but since i cant vote for my own gym, Ive gotta give it to 10th planet chicago. Passini has been at every seminar weve had, and more. He's puttin in major work to help hold down the midwest. 10th planet Chi town north has my vote.

I live in St. Louis if you were referring to voting for my own moon being Omaha. I just consider Omaha as family and happen to get my blue belt from them. I train at a BJJ school out here and hang with the STL moon when I can.Quote:

I have only trained at Vista and Riverside, so I gotta vote for Riverside.
All the Riverside/Vista Collab Votes are legit.
Gotta throw my vote for Brian and Springfield. They are the root of it all in our Central area. Awesome seminars and hospitality and great people. 10P Chi-North wouldn't be as strong as it is without Brian's support.
My official nomination is gonna be San Francisco. They definitely deserve to be on the list fasho. It seems they always show up at tournaments and I can respect that because it's the route we try and go as well. On top of getting my ass handed to me......comin back for some revenge in a couple months.
